    BUYER BEWARE‼️ I won a card in auction from this shop, 4-5 days had passed and there was still no update on the shipping of my item. I had reached out to the seller myself on a different one of their listings, to ask about my shipping. They had informed me that they had already sold the card I won in auction to someone else. Their messages were untimely and inappropriate.

    I'm sorry to see our mistake has caused so much disappointment. We pride ourselves on being a small, family owned eBay store. We took full accountability for our mistake in a very timely manner. We sent a message with our apologies as soon as we recognized our mistake (Oct 6th), which was within 2 days of the sale. We immediately sent a refund and explanation of our mistake. We are replying to this feedback because it is dishonest and inaccurate. We were consistently kind and apologetic.
