    I bought 2 MBAirs and they are in good condition, great value, clean and tidy and as advertised. I did have to send the first 2 back as one was the wrong spec and the other had been dropped on its corner but there was no issue with returning them for replacement and service was very good.

    We randomly put password to check quality of laptop when it is with customer but provide password on a paper note along with laptop. This was already sorted and customer is all good later on. Thanks

    The seller sent the laptop with an EU plug which was not mentioned in the listing. I don’t understand how they think this is acceptable. They first offered to send a converter which has still not arrived 2 weeks later. Then they offered a partial refund so I could buy one myself but that hasn’t been processed either. Very poor customer service

    I am pleased to report that I am highly delighted with my purchase of this MacBook Air. It looks unblemished, works well and, I am told, was a fair price. It was delivered , very well packaged, within a couple of days of placing the order. For someone, like me, who wants a computer for simple email, website browsing, unsophisticated number crunching etc, I unhesitatingly recommend an older MacBook Air . And I unhesitatingly recommend Electroexcel as supplier.
