    Brand new Simplisafe outdoor camera arrived in excellent condition and worked the first time out of the box. It was priced very competitively and the seller was prompt with shipping the item. Thisis the third camera I’ve bought from this seller. The first was perfect like this one. The second one arrived in a badly damaged carton from the US postal service. The video unit worked but the sound module was defective. The seller made the return simple and painless and promptly refunded my payment.

    This is the worst seller from my long experience of buying on eBay and Amazon. He sent damaged item to me (76lb) in the broken box, that he was using to ship it in to at least 5 locations (the shipping labels were still on the box) and then blame me, that i returned item not in original condition. He tried to refund only 50% of money, that I paid for that item. Thanks to "eBay money back guaranty" policy. They refunded full amount. Do not buy from this seller, don't make mistake, that I did.
