  Bought and worked fine for a week then stopped charging. Started a return and they wanted me to send it back to China, as I am not a company there are only a few couriers will ship a phone , cheapest was nearly £100 with insurance. They then said they would provide a tracked label. Printed label (48 Royal Mail tracked) and posted. No tracking available, contacted Royal Mail was actually 2nd class untracked. Got Ebay to step in as no way of knowing where parcel was.
