  Fabulous service from this company. After my Ford Kuga Body Control Module packed I sent them a replacement only for them to contact me straight away to say I’d bought the wrong model. I then found another correct replacement and had it sent direct to them, they turned it round and was back to me overnight. I cannot thank them enough for such great service.

  I sent a non compatible unit which was sent back. Was refunded minus the postage which is fair but then I waited for him to come back to which he said he'll inform me which he didn't because he didn't bother. Not a good customer service when someone is solely waiting for you to come back and you don't bother. Other than that they do a good service.

  Buyer sent two water damaged modules because he did not checked the modules before to send to our workshop. We checked his modules and we found he sent 2 damaged modules. We advised and he asked for refund and return the modules. After that he don't wanted to buy the correct module but he put questions how he can use what he have in his workshop BCM with other part number. We advised and after that he left 2 neutral feeback. Thank you. Also info about our holiday can be seen in our Ebay shop!!!

  I sent one module which was water damaged (remember your stuff) which you sent back. Then I asked you about a few modules laying around in my workshop if they were compatible (standard procedure) whats wrong about it? and about the holidays yes it was mentioned on ebay but I asked you personally and you said you'll let me know when you come back which you didn't and wasted two days of mine. Luckily I followed up or you wouldn't get in touch. Appaling customer service with a cheek as well.
