  The service from the seller was good and I was kept informed regarded delivery. However this was delivered by Amazon - no problem, except with the actual delivery although I was in the currier did not ring/knock the door just left the parcel at the front of the house in heavy rain potential leaving it very easy for it to go missing. I was not informed for some time until an email eventually arrived.

  The parcel was delivered by Amazon or should I say dumped at the door by Amazon the most unreliable and uncaring delivery company in the company. The driver dumped the parcel on the door step rang the bell and walked away not waiting to find out if the door was going to be answered let alone listen to any reply from my Ring Video door bell. Good job that I was in but the van was already going down the road before I could open the door.Last time they tried to deliver a parcel they lost it ?how?
