superb seller, printer works out of the box, had an issue with the carrier company being over capacity. But the seller contacted them and had the parcels delivered the next day, contact from the sller is top notch, emails where replied to the next day and always respectful and polite. item is brand new, best value i have seen anywhere so far, has a nice glow as it runs, looks great with the green cover, I would recommed elegoo_uk to anyone looking at 3d printing Thank you elegoo_uk

I would like to thank Elegoo Uk for there patience and replys to my messages. The delivery of my 2 packages didnt show on tracking for 4 days after being collected from Elegoo UK. Not thier fault but the fault of courier Yodel. A company that dont deserve to be in business IMHO. The printer when It arrived was well packed and after install worked perfectly.
