    Although this card was despatched promptly by the seller, Royal Mail failed to deliver so I contacted the seller after 9 days. The seller was amazing, responding at once to say another card would be sent to me first class. This card arrived the following day. The card was lovely, beautiful quality, accurately personalised and such good value. I highly recommend this seller.

    Order was due to arrive today however tracking doesn't show it's been processed, so can only assume it hasn't been shipped. Straight after ordering I emailed my image through to the seller, no confirmation of receipt. Received an email at 1am yesterday morning requesting image, stating they would ship a plain banner if an image wasn't sent by midday. I replied straight away with the photo and asked for confirmation the email was received. No further communication. Wouldn't buy from these again.
