  Although this card was despatched promptly by the seller, Royal Mail failed to deliver so I contacted the seller after 9 days. The seller was amazing, responding at once to say another card would be sent to me first class. This card arrived the following day. The card was lovely, beautiful quality, accurately personalised and such good value. I highly recommend this seller.

  Asked for aged 8 banner. Banner arrived with age 5. Contacted seller numerous times about the error and to re post correct banner no message or reply whatsoever. Has to go through eBay to get refund. He has done this before with my banner just cannot get the age right and cannot differentiate between the number 8 and 5. Poor response rubbish service do not use this seller!!!!!!

  I am absolutely outraged with this feedback - This customer had banners sent and replaced and was also given a full refund and she still give me bad feedback. Mistakes happen at times (apologies for this) but I rectified your order straight away - Why would you put this? Are humans not allowed to make a mistake???? Fumin!
