This is tough to write, because I really appreciate cycling resellers. The packing and shipping was fine, but it arrived without the bottom bracket bearings, which were specifically listed as included. Then the frame-specific cable stops were missing, and there was undisclosed damage; a broken threaded insert, and a stripped bottle mount. And the seller never responded past a "we'll look into it" about the bearings...maybe ebay's message thing just sucks, I don't know.

The item arrived promptly and was packed very well and in excellent condition. Unfortunately, I inadvertently ordered a duplicate part. I am currently working with the seller on a trade and the transaction has been going great so far. I sent the duplicate item back and am awaiting seller confirmation of its arrival. Then the trade ought to go forward without a hitch. Great experience thus far. I would work with this seller again without hesitation.
