    I received the wrong item. Had extensive conversations with the seller regarding sending the correct item. It still didn't arrive. Seller said they were awaiting the return of the incorrect item. I sent this back via tracked delivery with post office. He denied it had arrived. I never received my refund. It has genuinely put me off using eBay. I would advise not to buy off this seller.

    I ordered two banners. The banners are well made and look good. My only criticism is they arrived folded in four in a small flat box. Considering the banners will be attached to a wall I will somehow have to straighten them to get the creases out. I have ordered banners before (not from this company) and they always arrive in a tube. So I will not use this company again.
