    Excellent service by both seller and courier. Shaver arrived as described and undamaged. The box that contained the shaver had slight damage but this was advised in the description and anyway, it will just be discarded as the shaver has its own pouch for containment. I thought pricing of shaver was very competitive initially but a further discount was available. Update about delivery from both seller and courier were very helpful and much appreciated. Very many thanks and recommend seller.

    This Shaver arrived this afternoon once the outer packaging was opened the condition of the suppliers carton, inner carton and the product were all in truly appalling condition. The body of the shaver was severely damaged and the item looked to be used condition not new. In my opinion to sell a product as unused in this condition is nothing short of fraud and I will be seeking a post paid returns label and a full refund. What an appalling experience and not what you would expect from ebay
