    Item arrived damaged, sent pictures to the seller and he refunded me the money right away. The parcel was delivered by Yodel and left at my front door, I'm sure the courier must have damaged it in the process of shipping. Disappointing as I now have a damaged heater but the customer service from the seller was really good.
