Bought to replace existing headboard due to colour scheme change. This headboard is as good as my old one which cost twice the price. Very nice quality. Well packaged for delivery. Delivery time was very slow but communication with the seller was very good. All in all, I am very pleased. I have had a very good experience using this seller and I can’t fault the quality of the headboard. So, 5 ***** stars for quality and service but as said, delivery time very slow. Thank you. Really great customer service. I changed my mind about the colour if the head board and emailed them, they responded really quickly and changed my order just befor eit was despacltched. Decent quality item with thicker padding behind headboard fabric than anticipated. Seller provided updates regarding despatch and estimated delivery date, item arrived on time. Well packaged in thick polythene for transit, had to remove about 50 staples to unpack the headboard! No problems with product or supply, would buy from this seller again.

Excellent service and great product for the money but the item arrived damaged due to the corner packaging being abraded and making a hole in the fabric in transit . This was reported to the vendor who responded very quickly with an offer of a partial refund or return and full refund. I accepted the former. Overall I was very pleased and would buy again.
