However, I was not provided a tracking number when the item was marked as dispatched and by the time I was given one it was too late to have the package delivered to a parcel shop. The driver simply left it near the front door on a busy residential terraced street. Thankfully it was not stolen.

A good price for 5kg of fertiliser. Not at all happy with the delivery by Evri. I was sent an email informing me that the order was being despatched but there was no further information at all. Whenever I viewed the tracking information I was unable to see if Evri had received the parcel, it said for a week that they were expecting it, and then exactly a week after my purchase it was delivered.

Have ordered from Elixir a number of times and they are usually very good. This time they sent the large planters fine - Highlands and Islands which is always appreciated - but sent a message to say the smaller ones would incur a surcharge. I've twice contacted them to ask how many I can order without incurring the surcharge but had no reply, so have purchased elsewhere. Bit of an own goal!
