  Sent wrong bag, one at half the price I had paid originally. No answer after 3 days of messaging. Do not buy from this seller it’s obviously a conn. Doubtful if I will receive a refund as I paid through my card and not paypal. Very disappointed in this seller for the poor communication and the obvious fraud they are getting away with

  The seller send me a wrong colour bag, so had to return it. On my question if they have colour I need - no answer, no communication. They even didn't proceed my refund, so, Ebay had to do it for them. Horrible seller! Not recommended!

  I purchased and paid immediately for a handbag costing £28.99. Several days later I had an email saying they could no longer supply it. They said either choose something else from their website or have a refund. I requested a refund which never came, nor was my request acknowledged and I then sent chasers but again no reply. I then raised a dispute with eBay who then secured my refund via them, not the seller. Not impressed with lack of care and poor communication. Will avoid in future.
