The item was shipped in the cheapest possible packaging and my item arrived crushed and not in "new" condition any longer. I feel I've been robbed out of money. I could have bought a used version of this item and gotten it in better condition.

I apologize for the inconvenience and that the USPS did not properly handle your merchandise as is expected. You can file a claim with your local Post Office to recover funds from them mishandling your product. I hope this information helps.
