    I ordered 2.5l garden paint but was sent 750ml instead. Seller apologised and offered to start a return for full refund or I could keep it with a partial refund. I uploaded a screenshot of what I would have paid for that size and they immediately refunded the amount with another apology. I would definitely buy from them again as the order was dispatched and delivered quicker than estimated and the issue was resolved just as quickly with no arguments, just politeness and courtesy. 5 star seller

    Amazon were the problem with this experience, ordered in error, cancelled immediately, and the seller couldn`t cancel it, and agreed, I refused delivery, I did, and Amazon scanned it as delivered, when it clearly wasn`t. bringing the item back the following day,. A partial refund between myself and the seller was agreed, and I kept the item. Under normal circumstances, the item would have arrived very promptly, and the delivery time excellent, good coms from the seller to resolve the issue. .

    Item is great, the package had the wrong name on it and was using amazon packaging causing me to contact amazon to find out who the recipient was meant to be. only opened when ebay said it had arrived and no other parcel was there. Anyway got it

    The item eventually arrive. The courier decided to deliver it to another address luckily they were very nice and delivered it to me. But this happened a day later. So maybe the seller will have to look into alternative delivery arrangements for other customers. because the seller didn’t pack it correctly, they was Sellotape all over my tissue boxes so I couldn’t give them to the person I purchased them for because of this.
