  Seller contacted me very quickly to say they were not happy with the quality of the white stylus I had ordered and would I prefer to wait while they refilled their stock or would I be happy with black. I said black was fine and within days the new stylus had arrived. It was well packed and clearly addressed and I am very pleased with it, easy to use and is rechargeable so no more batteries - excellent value all round and very nice to use.

  Package was delivered on time (even as Sunday came in the way). Seller even contacts you after delivery to make sure you package came intact and you are happy with the item. They even open chanel if you have problems with item so that you contact them. That's some amazing customer service you don't see very often.
