    Mistakes happen, but this seller resolved the issue within 24 hours, so I recommend this seller! Unfortunately, a bonus porcelain item I’d not ordered was added to the same bag with my porcelain item - neither of them wrapped separately, so they arrived broken. Seller refunded all cost incurred with sale & shipping within 24 hours. Great value, as described, but sadly unintentionally arrived broken.

    The day the item arrived, it came broken. The item was not packaged well. I reached out to seller for return only for them to argue with me stating it was packaged well. They failed to wrap the bird inside a tube so it wouldn’t move while in shipment. They mentioned they would reach out to eBay. This was day 1. After,they ghosted me. I had to wait 8 days until eBay could intervene. Buyers be aware of this seller and record your unboxing in case your item is not packaged well by this seller.

    Great Seller! Gorgeous piece! Seller very communicative. My only complaint is against Ebay itself. They're like a little Nazi people with their authenticator, which I don't buy. This is the first piece of jewelry that I was able to purchase, even though it didn't pass their snuff test this was the first time I was able to purchase something before I was told I couldn't that it was an authentic so I like the seller, but I don't like Ebay.
