    I had some hassle getting this item but none of the hassle was caused by the seller it was caused by the original courier company, when I notify the seller of the situation they couldn't be more helpful they understood that the situation was due to the courier company and immediately reposted a replacement item, which I received in great condition of course being a jelly cat great quality and every jelly cat is great value for money the appearance of received is exactly how I expected it 5* plus
