    I ordered the item, and it stated as 2-3 days delivery, but it was not received as DHL said the item was damaged. I contacted customer service almost every day to ensure we get it as soon as possible. Now, after a week, customer service said it would be delivered by today, and after waiting all day, there was no show, and they said there was no driver to deliver.

    Hi, Im really sorry your delivery was delayed, We had a few delivery issues With Aberdeen Depot where they had to get sub contractors in as we spoke with them on tuesday. I think the negative feed back is unfair as we despatched the same day you ordered, You have not rang us do you mean DHL Customer Service ?
