The item was supposedly sent and never arrived. I got in touch with the seller to advise of this and sent a ‘replacement’. The seller sent a ‘gift’ hoping that this would encourage me to leave positive feedback. The gift sent is nothing but junk. The replacement that was sent is not the item listed; similar but not the same. I have never left a negative review before, but I am extremely disappointed with this experience and the second bad experience from sellers on eBay in recent months.

Ordered this item at nearly a £100 premium and paid £20 for pre-Christmas shipping on top. Marked as shipped a day later and still not delivered 10 days after that, missed Christmas and nearly left my son without his main present. Incredible amounts of stress just 24 hours before Christmas Eve for what was clearly a fake or exploitative listing. Refund issued, but doesn’t fix the problems caused. So much anger for this seller. Avoid.

While your order was placed shortly before Christmas, unfortunately, the courier was unable to guarantee delivery before the holiday.
