  Item was as described and packaged well, however it was marked as dispatched Monday, I contacted Thursday as no update to tracking and told it had been taken that day. Actually dropped off on Friday afternoon. I wouldn't have minded waiting but it's a not right to mark as dispatched and lie about when it was posted, I was worrying it was lost. I personally wouldn't buy from this seller again.

  Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry for any concern caused regarding the dispatch timing. The item was indeed dropped off as stated, but once handed to post office, processing times are unfortunately out of my control. While I mark items as dispatched when they are taken to be posted, the exact time they are scanned and updated in the system depends on the postal service. I strive to ensure all orders are sent in a timely manner and regret any confusion caused. I appreciate your understanding

  This was a first. The ghost I'd purchased was missing. Something happened on their end. No one could find it. Ember & Elm contacted me, explained what happened, apologized and immediately refunded the money. They kept in contact and let me know when they had a similar ghost, in case I still wanted it. This could have been a bad experience, but it wasn't. Because of how it was handled, I'm happy to buy from them again. Thank you, E&E, for being honest and working quickly to make things right.
