The item arrived in secure packaging, but sadly - and out of the sellers hands - the item arrived 1-wk late BECAUSE OF Yodel delivery service.   Great piece of kit. I'm disabled but now at least l can put my own socks on.l ordered this item one day - it was posted to me the next day. The only disappointment was the courier EVRI- took over a week to arrive at my address . No fault of the seller .they were great in chasing EVRI to find out where my item was . Will definitely be using this seller again.
