    The items where like new as described and in the original box. I did miss the fact that I was only getting a set of 7 glasses but that was my fault. The glasses could not have been packed any safer for their trip thru the mail system and arrived in perfect condition.

    Packaging was like Fort Knox. The glass was well wrapped and suspended in compostable peanuts. Shipping was quick. The glass itself was pristine and just as described. Of note to people who are scent sensitive, there was a very strong perfume scent on an otherwise sweet note that the seller wrote to me. I had to take all the packaging outside. Other than that, I am very pleased with the product and with the seller!
