    This is the item which has the first dispute I opened with PayPal - requesting a partial refund of £25.20. The second dispute now open with Paypal is for the second order, rejected at the point of delivery - on the basis that the first order was not as described. For this second order, I am requesting a full refund as I did not receive the items to begon with and nor do I want something that would not be as described, which is what happened the day before.
