I provide my customers with quality items like DVDs, Books, Magazines, Calendars encourage my customers to write a small feedback on their experience with me on receiving their item(s)
I am a small business seller and due to the fact I am increasingly up against private sellers trading on ebay more and more I really understand the importance of quality Customer Service. I encourage my customers to contact me first if in the unlikely event there is a problem and not to raise the issue with ebay. I am here for my Customers from start to finish, always.
I aim to dispatch all items the same day as payment received/next day 1st class, and by airmail (Mainland Europe and the Rest of the World).
I encourage/support COMBINED item shipping and ALWAYS partial refund combined shipping savings when customers buy several items individually. I always use top quality couriers eg. UPS, FEDEX for international shipping and aim to have delivered fully tracked within days! EMMA
