    Seller is helpful, and responded to questions, the postal service is what made this particular purchase a nightmare. I have confidence the seller sent the package in perfect condition, but by the time it reached me, the outer box had showed signs of being in rain, and it permeated through to the actual box for the item. While sad, no one is free from a postal horror story, so our purchase reached us but not in "brand new" condition.

There were three parts that were detached from the sprues. Item description did not state that the box was damaged
