    Good quality apart from they look different than the picture and the 9” upgrade pliers I received have a small chip out of the end. The buyers response is Thanks for your message, only the color is changed rest of the thing are fine. Thanks . The seller didn’t even acknowledge the chip either so I won’t be buying from this seller again. Plus if you notice these pliers have a spring and clip which also wasn’t in the description.

    Item didn't arrive after ten day waiting period, apparently lost in transit by carrier. However, I did receive a full refund without any quibble so I am quite satisfied. Supplier was on on holiday but did resolve the matter. Just hope they use a tracked carrier in future.
