  Sent someone elses order, seller apologised, sent out correct order quickly, but sellotaped some delicate items that were stuck to sellotape and whiskers came away from Peter Rabbit and Jemimas bow was marked once sellotape removed. Contacted seller and asked if she could replace Peter Rabbit but no reply. I wouldn't of cared if it was cheap and not going on a birthday cake. So when paying £22.99 expect it to be packaged correctly.

  I paid for both and only received one. The communication has been awful and I’m still awaiting for the 2nd to be sent and my message still has not been answered. The first cutter I’ve been sent is great quality I just wish the communication is better as now I’m now having to change my customers order due to the 2nd peice still not received
