  The item is good quality and is as described at a reasonable price. The red burgundy colour is not a bright red just perfect. 1 star for seller communication as I messaged to ask about if there was tracking info and received no reply. It was fortunate the item arrived considering post does go missing. Wise to purchase through PayPal or Klarna for money back if item hasn't been posted securely and fails to be delivered. Thank you.

We did not reply to your message on purpose because we sent it with normal post without a tracking no: and knew it will be delivered the next day. More valuable items we do send tracked. If we were to send all parcels tracked our prices would have to go up. As we all know there is no such thing as 'free post'.We try to keep our prices reasonable to give our customers a good deal.

  Good quality, good price. I would have preferred the seller not to have used Evri, as they're terrible, and the item took an age to arrive, and with damaged packaging. However, I recognise that this isn't reflective of the item.

  the ribbon is great and exactly what I wanted, but (drum roll,...) I was posted flat in a letter envelope with the ends taped down. If there had been a return address on it or the seller's ebay nickname I would have known what it was and not opened it with a pair of scissors and putting a slice into the ribbon. Not a deal-breaker though and thankfully I can still use the ribbon, but maybe letting the buyer what to expect would be better.
