From childhood, fashion has always been my passion. I enjoyed exploring styles and soon developed my own. While studying fashion in Massachusetts, I spent countless hours in vintage shops and thrift stores across the U.S. There, I discovered a deep love for unique pieces—vintage or handmade—that inspired me to make fashion my life’s work. After more than ten years in the industry in both the United States and Japan, working as a buyer, visual merchandiser, sales professional, and export/import manager, I founded endama LLC. The company specializes in designer vintage, with a particular focus on CHANEL, and now serves customers worldwide. Beyond vintage, we collaborate with international designers in Japan to produce fashion items, cosmetics, and gift merchandise for export.     Bought the pin for a gift and asked the seller for a box and some kind of authentification as it was a pricy item. Never replied anything and just shipped the pin a ziplock bag. And the shipping also took longer than normal coming from Japan. My previous experiences with Japanese sellers were outstanding but this time was different. While the condition of the pin was ok, the customer service and the communication was a turn off.
