  Everything arrived well packed and well watered on the hottest day of the year so far. All plants ordered were very healthy and combined postage was offered, once I made contact. A glitch of the platform meant that there wasn’t an automatic option to combine postage. I emailed and this was sorted out really straightforwardly. As a first time buyer from this seller I am really pleased. Would happily recommend and order again.

  The second of three rare plants, beautifully described. These are large, healthy specimens, bursting with vigour. There has clearly been great care taken in raising them all. This was also shown in the packaging - very little movement of plants in transit, no soil leakage and no damage. Handwritten labels reinforced the feeling that the seller treats both the plants and the buyers with respect. Excellent all round service, including helpful comms and combined p+p. Excellent!   I saw these 2 plants as an offer in a newspaper on Sunday and found it on this site for a much better price for the same size. They should have arrived yesterday from Royal mail and arrived this afternoon so I was worrying about their condition in the heat. I needn't have worried. The packing was superb for two well sized plants and were perfectly protected in top condition. Many thanks and a highly recommended seller for attention to detail.

  This looks like it's going to be a a big beautiful and healthy plant. Came reasonably quickly and was so well packed even Royal mail couldn't damage it. Can't wait to see what it does next year.   I've bought a couple of plants from eBay that I consider weren't up tp standard - showing a picture of a plant that is at least a year older than the one I was sent. Not the case with this seller. The plant I got was beautifully packed - not a crumb of compost escaped; not a leaf got bent. And the plant was a bit bigger than the photograph. I'm absolutely delighted.
