The wheelchair was as good as new at a fraction of the price, it arrived on a pallet wrapped in clingfilm to protect it in transit and was delivered first thing on the planned delivery date. I needed to make a last minute change to the delivery address due to the size of the wheelchair and this was handled without fuss.
