A lot of nice words but for me poor service as in UNPAID POSTAGE , THEN SPOKE TO ROYAL MAIL EARLY SUNDAY MORNING WHO ADMITTED THEY WERE AT FAULT I don’t think PISS POOR NEVER AGAIN

Both flags were sent together in one large letter eBay bag. A Royal Mail employee deemed them a parcel when they were not and added a charge. Customer refused the order. Postage was not unpaid. We have sent flags this way for 9 years. Just a jobsworth at RM messing things up. Sadly these things happen but we refunded in full. We will always refund any late or damaged goods in full. Just an unfortunate delivery service.
