  I only have good things to say about this seller. Maybe the descriptive text has discrepancies (not this one but others I've noticed), but the customer service is really good. I made an offer for this pen, got accepted right away, asked for combined shipping with the one I made a bid for. The seller had already shipped my other one without realizing but did not charge me again for shipping. Immediately informed me. The pen came in a plastic slip and a case. New and extremely as described.

  A mistake a purchase and a return with a professional and cherishable conclusion. Engeika, a fountainpen dealer, has provided me with unforgettably generous service and understanding . When the actual pen arrived (which was very fast may i add) it came in gentle packaging exactly as described. Of which, was of a splendid value.
