I was not happy about that, I contacted the seller they responded quickly to let me know that my scooter was not delayed in shipping. Box was damaged and mirror was cracked, however that was not on the seller, I watched the FedEx driver drop my package from the back of his truck in my driveway. I did not contact the seller for a replacement mirror, it's not that big of a deal for me.
