  I am kind of blown away by the quality of the bed and the customer service! I had a lot of questions before placing the order as I was worried about getting it wrong but they were so helpful and responding to all of my queries so quickly. They called to regularly update us and gave us options on delivery dates - this is helpful if you don’t work from home! The guys who delivered the bed called a few times on the day of delivery to update and were so kind. The bed and mattress are brilliant!

  Communication initially very good, but the couriers did not communicate with us at all so we did not know even the day they were due to arrive, hence missed the delivery. We chose to cancel the order as we required the bed urgently and it was set to take another week before potentially arriving. They refunded in full and were understanding of my request.

  Very happy with my bed from enigma beds. The bed is in excellent condition, new as described. I received everything I had asked for and the communication from the seller was brilliant. They confirmed with me my order via phone call and kept me updated on it's arrival. Furthermore, checking that everything was okay with my purchase once arrived. Thank you very much enigma beds.

  Really lovely man delivered my bed with care. Let him know i needed it delivered on a certain day, and he did it for me off his own back as he didn’t have any couriers booked in that day. Sent the link for instructions within an hour! Would highly recommend!
