  The item is as described and appears to be quite sturdy and well made for the price. My only concern is that the packaging was in a very poor state (it has clearly been opened before and re-sealed) with one end partly open. Luckily nothing seems to be missing. I’ve left separate feedback about Evri delivery who left the parcel on the step but didn’t ring the doorbell to let us know it was there.

  Excellent service, item is as advertised and is great. It is both sturdy and stable, great for my laptop. The price is very competitive and matches well against similar products on eBay and is far cheaper than similar products on Amazon. The package was damaged but the item was fine (shame on you Royal Mail!). I found the communication with the company a bit flaky probably due to them not having English as first language. Overall a great experience - thank you!

  Excellent customer service with this EBay seller. There was a delay in delivery by the courier. (Not the sellers fault) I emailed the seller and they sorted the problem very quickly . I would definitely buy from them again. The grinders look to be good quality and have good adjustment on them. As they have a wide neck, they are easy to fill without spilling. Nice grinders. Great value.

  Despite being great value in money it reflected in the despatch and delivery time. I did not receive them in the estimated timescale. They eventually arrived. They appear to be good quality. As they were part of a gift, which will now be late, I will find out from the recipient. Overall, a satisfactory experience with this seller with reasonable communication to a point. I said the experience was good as I did finally receive the item.
