    The blouse arrived in excellent condition, as described in the seller's listing. I am giving this transaction a low rating for shipping because I paid for the blouse on April 12th, but the seller did not ship it until April 17th. The standard for 5-star sellers is to ship the items sold within 1 or 2 days of purchase. I did not receive communication from the seller to say there would be a delay in shipping the blouse, and there was no tracking information for my purchase until April 16th.

    She is right! For almost 20 years I have successfully shipped within 1 business day. This month I've been gone several days each week helping my mother, so I change my handling time from 1 day to 4 days, giving me more time to get it out to my customers. But, I really should have messaged her to let know to expect longer than normal shipping from me. She is not the only buyer who has complained about my absence from my store! I don't know if you'll read this, but please accept my apology! Diana
