I ordered a phone cover mid July, it arrived in good time but as it was a birthday present for my daughter I didn’t open and check it. I wrapped the delivery envelope in birthday paper. When my daughter opened it a few days ago we found that the cover had a crack in it. Contacted this seller who washed their hands of it as it was more than 30 days ago and told me to contact Royal Mail. Lesson learned won’t be using this seller again and will check everything on arrival going forward
