I had previously purchased these shredder bags in sizes 150 and 250 litres from a different supplier. Those two sizes came in a brown Safe wrap cardboard container and the bags were ‘clear’ as indicated on the box 👍. The 40 litres size in the white box indicates ‘clear’ on the outer box but the bags are NOT clear. I needed clear bags but I have now used these bags for another purpose.

Very sorry to hear you're not happy with the product. Apologies as well that we didn't reply sooner as we were closed for the Christmas period. I've enquired with our warehouse to investigate the issue to see if our supplier had packaged the wrong colour. I'm glad to hear you've found another purpose for them but as an apology I've messaged you directly a discount code if you wish to order anything in future.
