  Ordered these last Monday and still don't have the invites for a party on Sunday. Add clearly states tracked delivery within 2/3 days. Contacted seller who was rude and obnoxious. Informed me that they were not dispatched until Thursday as they had a problem with printer. However did not feel it necessary to inform customers of the delay. No tracking on the package and still not here. Obviously sent 2nd class if they arrive at all. Asked for refund and again seller was rude.

  On delivery of my order, a £3.85 item was missing and not invoiced and not In the parcel. Contacted the seller, who which requested a picture of what was delivered. Sent the photo and they still didn't believe me with the invoice clearly only showing 1 item on it. Will not be buying again. Il find a other embroidery company. Don't buy from.
