    The Boonie Hat I received from Eperfectcom was good looking, functional and lightweight. Unfortunately, it didn't quite fit my big head. After discussing a few related issues, they offered to refund my purchase. However, despite my problems they remained positive, cordial and very apologetic. While the refund may not have been necessary, their willingness to accommodate my needs is not often seen in an eBay reseller. I also appreciated their fast response times using messages. Thanks again!
