  This guy is awesome a figure arrived with a crease in packaging he offered me to send items back for full refund. Or just replace the on that had a slight marked box. Upon accepting the offer he sent out a replacement more less immediately and has been understanding for me to send mine back when I can without me being rushed. You honestly can't ask for better. The seller will be saved and if I need to buy anymore collectibles will try to buy from him ^^ thank you.

  Very pleased with the item. It's even better than I'd imagined. Came very well packaged. Given the value of the item, I was pleased to see how much care had been taken in wrapping it securely. Condition was as described. The only negative was the delivery was significantly delayed. However, this was not the seller's fault, as it was posted on time. When I made them aware, they chased up the delivery company. Couldn't have asked for more. Would buy from again. Many thanks.

  The item was beautifully packed. The usual good quality Loungefly factory packing still sealed, and it was also wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap and had packing paper below and on top of the item in a well sealed cardboard box. The backpack itself is beautiful, and the vendor made sure it reached me in perfect condition. Delivery was ptomot. Very highly recommended for good service, quality and value for money.
