Update: seller tried to resolve my problem by offering the $15 dollar credit of the shipping they charged on the side. Declined because it’s not about the money, it’s about offering something for free and then charging on the side. Great communication. Original feedback: Charged me $15 extra for shipping thru PayPal email address after it said free shipping then took forever to ship the item. Item works as expected. Just as described.
