  Hat alles super geklappt, gut organisiert sehr netter Transportfahrer.....alles wurde pfleglich und vorsichtig und akkurat behandelt. Kam gestern hier an. Schnelle Lieferung, sehr netter Kontakt zur Kundenbetreuerin,. Das hatte alles keine Woche gedauert. Hätte damit nicht so schnell gerechnet.Habe es hier gleich vorm Haus ausgepackt und montiert.Alles super vormontiert, tolle einfache Beschreibung mit Fotos.   Delivered within 2 days 5* Excellent product does what it says on the box looks allot better in person than it does in the photos. The display was partially snapped in one corner on delivery but the issue was fully resolved as they are sending a replacement display and a bonus U-shaped padlock for the inconvenience.   Das ist mittlerweile das zweite Fahrrad (schwarz und weiß)was ich gekauft habe. Wurde sehr schnell und unversehrt geliefert. Die Qualität ist einwandfrei und die Fahreigenschaften „SUPER“. Leider hatte sich der ein oder andere Fehler eingeschlichen. ( kann ja immer mal passieren) An dieser Stelle möchte ich den hervorragenden „Kundenservice“ ansprechen der sehr gut erreichbar, freundlich und schnell sowie kompetent reagiert.   Great bike, great price and arrived ahead of the time advertised. Had a couple of queries and the after sales service of epower-outdoor was outstanding, they couldn't have been more helpful (I'd definitely use them again). All in all a great purchase.
