Great seller with very quick dispatch. Item brand new & sealed as described. My only two criticisms would be that this seller has chosen not to accept ANY messages so enquiries etc were impossible. I don’t know why this is the case, but most sellers would be happy to answer questions but not this one. Secondly, although fully retail boxed, it was delivered in just that - retail box with no outer box to protect - consequently my box suffered transit damage resulting in a rather tatty looking box.

I’m very happy with my purchase, it was said the box was damaged which is why the price was adjusted but when it got here I couldn’t see anything bad. The printer is brand new and in excellent condition as it would be. Great value for money. I got this one after my old one I bought over from Australia I had printing problems so since I like the printer I got the same one again. Great service and communication from the seller!

Quick delivery but ink cartridges missing from the box. Epsom don’t respond when messaging them to try and resolve the issue. It maybe a reduced price, but it’s reduced for a reason in this case. All of the Epson numbers listed for customer services don’t work and there is no web chat service either. I won’t but again.
