  I made a special request to the seller to wrap a book carefully so it wouldn't get damaged in the mail (I order many books online, and I know how trashed they get if they're just hastily stuck in an envelope). The seller was happy to accommodate and packaged the book well. It arrived in great shape. Also, they were gracious throughout. I'm super grateful and heartily recommend this seller.
